-Brotherhood- Phi Sigma Phi Omega Chapter, with it's Twenty-Five current active members stands as the ONLY National Fraternity on the University Wisconsin - Stout campus. Our purpose is to offer the experience of brotherhood, by forming a common bond within the organization and the community, and encountering all that the college life has to offer, while still conducting ourselves as gentlemen on and off campus.
